Governance
The Board of Trustees is the governing, administrative, and representative body of Fundación eAtlantic Fundazioa. It is responsible for fulfilling and overseeing compliance with the Foundation’s purposes, in accordance with the provisions of Law 6/2019 on Foundations of the Basque Country and the Foundation’s Statutes.
It is a collegiate body composed of two types of trustees:
• Founding trustees
• Collaborating trustees
Founding trustees: Natural or legal persons designated as such in the Foundation’s deed of incorporation, who actively promoted its creation and launch.
Collaborating trustees: Natural or legal persons who engage in activities and projects aligned with the mission of Fundación eAtlantic Fundazioa and contribute to the fulfilment of its foundational objectives.
The Board of Trustees is represented by its Chairperson.
